Our Founder, Sally-Anne Sweeney, runs her uplifting and restorative Yoga Light Vibes

classes throughout the week, at the following times:

Monday 10.30am, Yoga Flow (all levels)​

Tuesday 10.30am Restorative Yoga (all levels) & 6.45pm Yoga & Pranayama (Breathing Exercises)

Wednesday 9.30 & 12.30 Yoga Flow (all levels) 

Thursday 12.30pm Yoga Flow & 6.45pm Restorative Yoga (all levels)

Friday 12pm Meditation & 12.30pm Yoga Flow (all levels)
