Barre
WHAT IS BARRE?
​
Barre is a fusion of ballet, Pilates, strength training and yoga designed to challenge and work every single muscle in the body. You can expect a series of fat burning moves, from leg lengtheners and plies, to booty burners and scorching core sequences.
One of the main reasons we love barre is that although it is a seriously good workout and you will quickly see results if you stick with it, all the sequences are low impact and designed to protect and strengthen your joints. There will not be a jumping jack or burpee in sight!

Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together mind and body. It incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.

One of the reasons we love yoga so much is that it is often the only time when our customers give themselves permission to fully relax and be present.
