Qi Gong & Yin​
WHAT IS QI GONG & YIN?

Qi Gong involves using exercises to optimise energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.
Qigong has both psychological and physical components and involves the regulation of the mind, breath, and body's movement and posture.

Combined with Yin Yoga (a quiet contemplative practice) this class allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward.

Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses, targeting the deepest tissues of the body, while helping also to still the mind.

Pilates

WHAT IS PILATES?
